Remove ignition lock cylinder

I saw a write up about how to remove an ignition lock cylinder but cannot find it now. My '81 has dropped some lugs or something and I cannot get key back in it. Anyone know where this thread might be?

Tilt Column Rebuild Link

Here you go.

This is for a tilt column but the non tilt is pretty much the same up to the joint. Very good instruction on how to do it. You only need to go a little way into it, but I would suggest at least going through turn signal and horn parts while you are in there.
