What decal or I'd plate am I missing?

Under the hood, on top of the grill frame, left of hood latch there should be a decal or something? I've noticed on pictures of other Scramblers. What is that? Anyone have a pic or a place to purchase? Thanks!

I remember looking at these a year or more ago, and wondered why he didn't have '81...and maybe '82. I'd guess they're pretty easy to cut-paste, but I'd also guess he had a bunch printed and may not feel like doing a few one-offs.
