What's going on with these rocker arms?

Hi,
I was getting ready to replace the valve cover and noticed three of the rockers are cocked to the side. And looks like the bridge that goes across the top is also twisted.
What caused this and what's the fix?

Thanks again.

After looking around a bit, I found that the bridge can twist when over torqued. Which makes sense because all are twisted clock-wise. So new bridges should do it. And I'll check the push rods also.

Did you take a look at the wear pattern on the undersides - my give a indication as to how long they were twisted.

Haven't removed them yet, but will check that out. But good point, if there a lot of wear, then will need to replace the arms also.

So had to go out and take a look. The bridge twisted badly as I removed the bolts, but the arm looks good. I'm sure the rest of the bridges will twist also on removal. Is this normal or did someone get trigger happy with a wrench?

Looks like someones damaged them tightening up and just left them to me, time for some new ones or a bit of time straightening them in a vice to get them back to shape.
Those bridges need a little bit of support when tightening up to the torque setting if i remember correctly they are easily bent out of shape.
