Which Spring Under to Match this Scrambler?

Hi everyone. First, I’m so glad I found this forum. My wife recently received a gift from her dad. An ‘82 CJ8. We’ve decided to do a complete restomod on it and she found the Scrambler linked below and wants hers to look like this one. Yes, i understand the linked Jeep is a 6 figure build. I’m looking at a street only Jeep build. She does want the same Genright fenders front and rear and she likes the wheels and 315/70R17 tires. I have two questions (right now lol) I’d really like some input on, please.

1. The linked Scrambler is a spring over and I’d like to stay spring under. What height lift would I need to match that same exact look?

2. What offset wheel do you all think the linked Jeep has?

Again, I’m thankful for finding this forum and as a first time Jeep owner I really appreciate input from you all with the wealth of knowledge.

And here’s a pic with what we started with. It was spring over. The frame and axles are separated and at the sandblaster now.

The tire size is 35.6 inches tall and 12.4 inches wide . To get the clearance like the Jeep in the picture you will need a 4 inch suspension lift and some heavy duty shackles, 1 inch. Add a 1 in body lift if necessary.
You could leave your Jeep with the spring over lift if it was done correctly. My Jeep is SOA and rides great

I’m sorry. My post may have been confusing. The dark blue Jeep picture on the bottom is mine. I provided a link above it of what the wifey wants.
