This is not a very good pic, but I wanted to show the new cowl seal on top versus the old seal on bottom:
I could easily pull the windshield back where I needed it, but I had to use a ratchet strap to hold it while I tightened up the 4 torx screws:

I think this is going to work well for the winter months. I've never used my CJs for winter driving; they've just been a toy for running around in good weather. I still like to drive it year-round, as it's good for me and the Jeep. Thanks for the help and tips to get this done!
