Does anyone have dimensions for the CJ dash overlay? I mock'd one up in Catia and want to verify the corner radius' and the hole sizes znd placements. The top radius looks to be around 2" while the bottom one's look to be an inch or so. I am looking to 3D print the finished design, so if anyone has access to a 3D printer, please let me know.

Thanks.

A 3D print that size is going to be $$$$ Big Bucks $$$$

We have one here at work that I use for prototyping parts to test fit and function. If you are planning on actually using that in your jeep I don't think you will be very happy with the results. Also, most 3D printers use thermoplastics ie. First hot day in the sun and your overlay is going to warp and sag.

Bummer, no emoticons for buzzkill

That said, it would have been cool.

I have worked with several vendors to produce 3D models of Aircraft dummy parts I use for mock-ups for hydraulic tube swedging. The parts are tough enough to screw Beam Seal fittings into without stripping or cracking the dummy part. Home grown 3D printers I agree are limited in size and print media, commercial though is unlimited. I estimate the set up cost and a cost per cm/2 to be between 70-90 bucks for a single unit. I could also have it machined out of ABS from McMaster Carr.

Would you mind sharing with whom you can get that printed for $70-$90? I'm not trying to be a wise ***, I would like to know for my own purposes.
