4.0 header

Is there a chance that an exhaust header designated for a 4.0 wrangler will fit on a 4.2 scrambler? I looked in "archives" with no luck. Thanks for any and all responses.

I don’t think it will. When I switch to a 4.0 from a 4.2, the 4.2 exhaust manifold would not work on the 4.0.

Thanks, guys. I've got to replace the exhaust on my Jeep and figured a header would help the performance. CJ headers are hard to find. Again, thank you.
