    I changed my membership from BASIC to Gold Member in late January and sent $120. I am still listed as a BASIC member. Why?

    You're showing as gold. Its the badge under your icon. "Basic User" is a kind of ranking of how active you are on the forum. I don't remember all the levels but when you post more, you'll get to the next level after some point. I don't remember how many levels there are -- it's been years since I set that up.

    Also, these kinds of messages are sort of hidden on the forum, post an actual forum post in the troubleshooting forum or private message me directly on any other questions. Sorry it took so long to see this.
