I had two fastening points on my half-top stripped out. Installed Plus-Nuts in all four locations and fastened the top down with 5\16 fender bolts. I used a 3\4" spade bit to open the fiberglass then drilled out the steel plate to 31\64" Installed by making my own install tool.

Pulled the doors out of storage, cleaned up, and installed.

I just ordered mine. I let you-all know how it works out.

This past weekend I deleted the forward auxiliary fuel tank. I added 10 gal of fuel and some StaBil.

Here's the one I put in my 8 direct bolt-in. advanceautoparts.com. If my internet research is correct it's for a jeep J20 with 16.5 tires, giving a better turning ratio. (don't pay attention to the price)

It's been since "95" but she's finally moving under her own power. Wednesday I start a new work contract so for now, she goes back into lock-up.

Jump back 30 years- I had the same issue, I cut a big hole to get my wrench in(looks like crap. don't do that). this time I had the same on the passage side. I cut the head off the bolt and punched it up through.
