Good call on that had forgot about map sensor correct me mike if i'm wrong but the map sensor needs to also be mounted higher than the TBI

Stock alternators i think are around 28 to 30 amps i replaced mine with one for an 83 or 84 3/4 ton chevy camper speacial it was a direct bolt on and even clocked right for the cj plug it puts out around 85 amps big differance.:woot:

Tbi make sure and take your old O2 sensor with you if you can get it out they can be a bear to get out and make sure and put anitsieze on the new one, mine eats O2 sensors. Think do to it just being a trail rig and not driven or started for long periods at a time ( hope to change that this year...

Tbi Couple of things to check as mentioned above 1st replace the O2 sensor mine was doing the same thing and the O2 sensor had went bad, 2nd as stated above check the thermostat or even better replace it with something around the 200 degree range TBI's like a warm motor. 3rd double check for a...
