The "pantyhose" sleeve for sure. A partial surround would also help deflect some dust, as well as help manage intake air temps a little keeping the header heat at bay (somewhat). I cringe at all the "cold air intakes" that are actually gobbling up all the radiant heat straight off the headers....
IMHO, I think it has to be at least 4, preferably 5 if all round. The 2 round Daylighters on the outsides with 2 square fogs in the middle is kind of a neat 80's retro look too. It's all a matter of preference. I also agree with the dislike of the multi-lens headlights in a CJ, but dagum if...

My '82 is from CO...and it had manual brakes, manual steering, 4cyl, hydraulic clutch, and 4.10s. What is it with mountain jeeps and manual accessories? Guess hikers have stronger arms/legs than flatlanders...

Whelp, axle secured! Picked up an early 90's slip-on-drum 14-bolt off CL for cheap...65" wms-wms, so the 67" wms "Half-Ultimate" 60 front is going to be the target. Probably recruit @sdsupilot to help me narrow the 60 at some point.
