    Cleaning might be best in an ultrasonic cleaner with a degreaser like Simple Green or Super Clean

    Easiest way would be to drill 4 hole through the dash. I would use cap screw or something other than Philips or hex head. Depends on the type of Jeep you have. Restored to like new , no way should you do that
