About 10 years ago I had a 83 cj 7 which I installed a Yukon 1 piece axle kit which I had no issue with .
I eventually sold that Jeep
.Around the same time I purchase a 1981 CJ 8 which I have own for the last 10 years.
The axle seal on the amc 20 has started to leak. Which is a good time to install a 1 piece axle kit.
Since its been 10 years or so since I have needed to install one. There seems to be a lot of different company's out there.
That I have not heard of.
Taking into consideration cost, ease of installation ( important ) and quality what would you recommend.
I live on a acreage, used for mild to medium wheeling
I live in Canada so where to purchase one in Canada would also be helpful.

thanks for everyones help

Researched this and if I do convert to 1 piece I will probably go Moser Engineering. Little more $ but i like their kit...just my 2C.

Im having trouble locating Moser dealer here in canada. Will continue looking
I have located Ten Factory Kit $360.99 cdn
G2 $364.99 cdn
Alloy USA $466.95 cdn
Any experience with above kits ??
Thanks

I am in Kitchener Ontario Canada got my moser kit from Jegs $300 shipped

I bought 10 Factory and they fit/work perfect. A local shop by me said he has installed hundreds of them on customer vehicles and has had zero issues. They are also $100 cheaper than the Mosers.

For $185CAD, I would take a chance on these Yukon axles from Amazon.ca. Odds are that the box is just beat to hell. Worst case scenario, they can be returned.

I've got Yukon shafts in my 7, and I've actually installed a set of OMIX-ADA shafts for a friend of mine that looked and functioned just fine as well.
