Wondering how many of ya'll drive your Jeeps to Ouray versus trailer/tow them? Really awesome SOA location choice. Maybe I'll join one day, just not there yet.

We drove this year. 1440 miles from Cincinnati. Wouldn't recommend it, but hey, it's an adventure.

Another great little trail today. We popped out, over the top of the Telluride airport and went into town. An interesting waterfall also.

Our small group did Ophir Pass today. Beautiful area. The small town below of Ophir was interesting also.

Just a little add on here. After the event, I headed up to northern Wyoming to go visit a friend north of Cody Wyoming for a week. Beautiful country maybe even more beautiful than Colorado. This is actually southern Montana which is pretty close to

I also would highly recommend this museum in Cody Wyoming. I think today we only saw 2 sections out of 5. Ticket was like $20. Good for 2 days in a week time. The 2 sections we saw was western art and the gun section. If you are a gun guy this will blow you away. There must be many many 1000s of guns. It wouldn’t surprise me that every gun ever made just might be right here.

I’m not sure I even got to actually see half. Walls and walls of displayed guns, then these like CAD file cabinet drawers you could pull out drawers which displays 1000s of more guns.
