I am taking apart this Jeep and it was from CA and has a serpentine setup.
I thought it was here (but could be FB) that someone was looking for an engine specifically with the serpentine setup.
I am going to be putting it up for sale locally once I remove it, but figured if someone was looking for it here, I can make a deal.
It isn't for sale yet, I have to remove it still and I am probably looking at the end of the year or into the new year with all that is going on.
It was running, I drove it in the shop.
1986 Jeep CJ-7.
Oil is clean, radiator fluid was very green.
New radiator, fan blade, shroud... someone put some money into this at some point.
Running engines I normally get $500-800 depending on condition and parts (this has a weber and new alt/starter, other misc stuff).
The serpentine setup probably adds a few bucks.
So that is what I was thinking, but again, I am in the Christmas mood so deals can be made.
