4:1 D300 vs. Klune vs. Black Box !?

I'm about to go for lowering gearing. I'm looking at these three options... The 4:1 D300 vs Klune vs Black Box. Something I want as part of this upgrade is smooth shifting in-out-out of low range. My current D300 (2.6:1) does not do that. It usually binds and is hard to shift out of Low Range 4x4.So,

- I'm assuming a with 4:1 gear-set conversion, it will still shift the same?
- Does anyone know if the Klune or BlackBox with shift easier!?

I’ve got a twin sticke, 4:1 D300. With the twin sticks, it shifts easily and smoothly. I have no experience with your other options.

Interesing... I put in a twin stick also, but it still binds a lot..

I've got the twin stick 300 and it shifts very smoothly. I'm really happy with it.

The 4:1 D300 would require the least amount of changes to your current setup. The doublers will require new driveshafts, crossmembers, linkages. Food for thought...
