Dads Scrambler

There is no upgrade really. Make sure that the knock sensors aren't corroded also. What happens is the rubber seal gets hard and shrinks and allows water to fill the holes. The wire also can get pinched or get burned spots from the wire breaking inside the insulation. You should run the 0411 factory controller with that engine with working knock sensors. Those pcm's are the best thing since sliced bread- ;)

Do you mean the underneath of the rockers? You know I did look at that, I may have to make another notch.

Yes, I was just trying to use the same terminology that you had when you posted about welding tabs.
I thought I remembered something about that when I built some for mine. They aren't on yet but I did predrill the tub before painting.
Love this build BTW.

It hangs down a little more than I wanted, but I had to clear the front drive shaft and I needed space to run fuel and brake lines down the frame. It's still not any lower than the atlas.

Looking good. I know how much of a pain that can be a few choice words and some tools were flying trying to figure mine out this afternoon.

I really like that design a lot. Gonna have to steal it when it comes to redoing mine.

I used the same Cross member that you did and it's been working fine, I think I can tell that most of your adapters came from Advanced Adapters I also used those. This picture is before I installed the Advanced Adapter which I needed for the VSS unit.

Looking good.

Is there any reason that crossmember/mount couldn't be mounted on the top of the adaptor? I'm not sure about t-case shifter and body clearance. But it would be out of the way.

No but if it breaks when mounted on the top all your S**t falls out on the road.

Rock hard interior cage is at paint, and talked with my guy about the exhaust, that should happen soon

That's sexy! Are you running a small body lift to clear the wires running along the top of the frame to the starter?

Thanks!

1" day star body lift. Mostly to the clear the atlas. The lines running up the frame are for the transmission cooler
