Dana 300 Differences

Were there different Dana 300? I’m trying to put one on my T19 and it isn’t going on correctly. The other transfercase went on without issue, but I sold it because I had another one. Any advice?

I found this on Novak, but it appears the difference is on the output, which shouldn't affect the installation.

Is it the IH version with the ‘Texas’ front bolt pattern?

I was going to ask about any adapter that might have been bolted to the one you took out. Manuals aren’t my strong suit but either that or a Tcase input vs trans output difference was my thought.

It maybe in correctly but I’m not sure. There is a gap between the shifter bracket and the transmission. I soft want to know if there are differences.

I have the novac adapter and it may be in correctly. I will have to see when I put the shifters in
