Dual exhaust routing for LS swap

All, I searched the archives with little luck. My apologies if this is a re-ask. In short I’m rebuilding my scrambler from scratch and put an LS 4 in it. I’m curious about an ideal routing for the exhaust setup and tail pipe location. I’ll take any insights and pics. Thanks for the help.

You will definitely need heat shields. No front driveshaft?
I do have a front drive shaft. But I can certainly rout around that.

My old exhaust on the straight 6 created a lot of heat at the car under the drivers seat. I definitely want to avoid that again.
 
Did anyone use an X-pipe anywhere?

How did you exit behind the wheel. Inside the shackle and spring or behind it?

The bottom of the frame seems low relative to the body. Ducking under that seems to make the exhaust come out too low behind the tire.

I did 2 to 1 crossing over under the front of the oil pan sump. I didn't have the room for true duals.
I wrapped the exhaust and heat shielded the floor and it still have to wear work boots on long drives. Floor gets scorching hot.

I just caught that question, I had not mounted the drive shaft yet, it was being custom made. Once in it was too close a fit, I had to get the notched trans pan.

my exhaust was automatically clearanced by the front driveshaft. :ROFLMAO:

Just know that when the axle gets shifted to the side(like wheeling), it will wrap the driveshaft around that transmission pan. Been there and done that.....
