If I recall there is a great donut place right there as well, might be Rochester. I would have to bring along a shopping list as well.

Are they that rare?.....Good buy?

I still can't get over the NOS Gas cap housing @ screw listing current price ($237.50)----Any guesses on what the final price will be?

You can see that the top bidder bid twice at the top meaning he bid again fearing being outbid. So watch out ! :)
 
Thats it Im going to Ebay with some of my stuff. It may not be NOS but Im going to have to find out what the market is. :headbang:

All the reproduction ones just have a sticker stating "Unleaded Fuel Only". Originals have shallow relief lettering painted white. Usually the white paint fades and disappears over time due to spilled fuel. Nice ones are hard to find and the collectors/restorers are paying up for them. Yes, the letters can be repainted but it is never quite as nice as new.

I have access to a whole bunch of NOS ones without any lettering on at all
