I bid on it, but didn't win. When it got to over $150 I figured if I did win, I would feel kind of sick inside.

Interested to see if this sells at a BIN price of $549:

Where does that "Bluetooth" name even come come from?

Talk about getting off topic!

The name "Bluetooth" is an Anglicised version of the Scandinavian Blåtand/Blåtann, (Old Norse blátǫnn) the epithet of the tenth-century king Harald Bluetooth who united dissonant Danish tribes into a single kingdom and, according to legend, introduced Christianity as well. The idea of this name was proposed in 1997 by Jim Kardach who developed a system that would allow mobile phones to communicate with computers. At the time of this proposal he was reading Frans G. Bengtsson's historical novel The Long Ships about Vikings and King Harald Bluetooth.[9][10] The implication is that Bluetooth does the same with communications protocols, uniting them into one universal standard.
The Bluetooth logo is a bind rune merging the Younger Futhark runes Runic letter (Hagall) and Runic letter (Bjarkan), Harald's initials.

Okay, I cheated. All I remembered was it was named after a old guy named Bluetooth and it had something to do with what the system accomplished. Thank goodness for GOOGLE.

Now back to...... what was the topic again?? ;)

Clearly i need to part mine out and sell it piecemeal on enay, its worth WAY more as parts than it is intact and running

I have a black cover without dealer logo. Not as desirable as the Levi tan I assume as GEs didn't have black interior but I may try to list it some day.
