Amc Jeep CJ CJ5 CJ7 CJ8 Chrome Laredo OEM Factory Original Wheels 15x7 Set of 4 - $1,000 BIN

sl1600-1.jpg

"Up for sale are four (4) OEM CJ-7 15x7 wheels, in great condition for 31 years old. These came of a restored CJ7 Laredo show jeep that will be getting larger rims to accommodate much larger tires. The good news for Jeep enthusiasts is that they will be available for someone who wants the original, factory look.

All of the wheels are straight, and not bowed or bent. These look phenomenal on a CJ.

There are some very minor imperfections on them including a couple of tiny scratches and very small amount of surface rust, which can be expected on most wheels. In addition there is a small amount of the original clear coat still on the wheels, which, in addition to the rust, can be removed with a can of Premium Stripper which can be purchased at WalMart, and runs about $9-10 per can.

Shipping will be via USPS, payment is via PayPal and there are no returns accepted. If you would like, these can be picked up in person. "

I don't quite hold this as a data point cause this listing has been relisted multiple times and no one is biting on his ten Benjamin's price tag [emoji12]

This might get good:

A set of front and rear splash guards for a Jeep CJ. These are new old stock from a defunct AMC Renault dealer and have been in dry storage for over 25 years.

There is one pair of front splash guards with an instruction sheet and mounting hardware. There is also one set of rear splash guards with an instruction sheet but the mounting hardware is missing.

These look to be hand painted, and the painting is not perfect, but I assume this is how they all were back then.

The auction is for 2 front and 2 rear splash guards, hardware for the front, and instructions for both.

Item sold as-is.

Please ask questions ahead of bidding.

The preemptive eye popper. I like it. Guaranteed to be a good one.

Looks like the Laredo chrome wheels sold! Sure had nice clean rear black center caps.

Installed pic if anyone was curious what can happen to the one by the exhaust pipe

I was about to guess 374 because kit is a little incomplete but then I went and saw over 400 already so my new guess is 523. :bacon:

Wow! I think the last set of NOS flaps I saw sell went for around $200 or so.

I bought a set of NOS rear flaps about 2 years ago for $115, that was the BIN, I saw the ad about 5 minutes after it posted by pure chance. I still have them in my garage, I need to dig them out and list them.

Am I looking at this picture wrong? It seems to me that it would be impossible to back up without tearing the flaps off.

Good eye ZR. This was a file photo I had on my phone to show the prospective buyer that I had one extra from an FSJ that could be cut down to replace this damaged one. It was showing that the logo area and width was the same ;)

Price is Collins Bros'ish, but if it were mine I wouldn't sell it any cheaper than that. LOL

Price out what that will get you in a JK and the 86 isn't a bad price.

Realistically it's probably worth more like 25-28 IF and a BIG IF that is truly all original with no paint work or rust etc. there is a reason it's been for sale and listed many times at 35 on CL and hasn't sold. Just my .02.

Hadn't noticed it before, but I figured since it was in your AO that you were aware of it.

It's listed in CA too. It is a scam or is the owner just advertising nationwide?
