Exhaust Muffler Question

Hello:
Has anyone ever installed one of these mufflers on an exhaust from an inline 6 258?

Nothing other on the exhaust - no catalytic converter - just pipes and muffler.
Thanks.

I got rid of the cat that I put in when I did the 4.0 swap a number of years back and I had serious droning issues with my exhaust afterward. I tried at least 6 different mufflers trying to fix it and none worked (what you show wasn't one of them). I think there was just too much straight pipe after the manifold and the resonance was impossible to overcome. Always wished I'd gutted the cat and left it in as a resonance chamber of sorts.

Looking to fix that forever with my stroker build because I was OVER that noise.

I knew that the exhaust was getting redone and I was hoping it would be sooner than later (stroker install), so just couldn't pull the trigger on doing more than bolting on mufflers, especially not trusting my ability to weld it back together if I started cutting it.

In retrospect I should have just bit the bullet after making the mistake of not just gutting the cat.
