after many many years of wanting, looking and refusing to pay THAT much for a CJ-8, i found a great frame and rolling chassis. i picked it up this morning ,so i can officially post i own a scrambler, sort of.
my plans are to take the front and off of a beat up '77 cj-7, the 360 from a 87 waggy along with the d44 axles and start the build. really the only BIG thing i have left to acquire is a tub. i was thinking of doing an aluminum tub. but if i can find a decent steel one i will do that. i
t will be a mild wheeler as i have a YJ to beat up. most a mall krawler.
