My Yuppie Jeep

Are you leaving the stock Dana 35 in the rear with the 5.3

For now yes. But I'll keep an eye out for a Ford 8.8. Those are a great swap and are really cheap.
Yeah, I have an 8.8 in my YJ, that's 427rwhp.

I suggest the chromo axle shaft kit, that widens each side 1" to match the old axle width. It's also a C-clip eliminator.

I'd also suggest getting rid of the CAD in front, with a V8 and plow:

I run both of these, in my former 4 cyl jeep on 35" tires. SBC and 4L60E now. Still run a 231, just the Chevy version .

She's getting closer. Painter screwed up and didn't realize the stencil for the 10 on the side goes on before the red gets sprayed. He thought it was to spray the sand beige on over the red. Not a big deal, just a little disappointed. Other than that it's definitely getting closer! My brother in law (Ben) is coming over Thursday to help me assemble everything so he can use this piece of crap at Sandblast again. Lol.
