I've been meaning to post this for a while and I figure it's time for me to take a little time out to do this. I just wanted to say that it's so nice to come on here every day because this forum just doesn't have the chaos like most forums have. I visit a few other forums thruout the day and it really make you appreciate making your way to this one. There is no political garbage thrown around or even any bashing of other members. Any and every answer is related to our "special"(short-bus) Jeeps and have accurate information for the repair/diagnostics/restoration information needed.

I just had to say all of that. My hat is off to all of you-

DITTO!!!!!!!

I read other forums as well and this one by far has all true gentlemen....okay, at least everyone acts like gentlemen and not like a bunch of juveniles flipping people off and using profane language :D

For real, this forum is one of the reasons I bought a Scrambler and will continue to own it and pass it along to my son, which will take at least 15 1/2 years :)

i agree...even the political discussions are civilized..and i really appreciate it...the people that disagree with me would still be considered my friends and i do not know one person on this board that i have any ill feeling for...for some reason this board as always been civil...i truely wish we could all get together for a beer sometime...logistics forbid it..but i always got a beer and a spare room for anyone on this board traveling thru NE Arkansas

Indeed, great forum. One thing I like about this board above all is the members aren't judgmental of the projects. If you like tweaking an original--go at'er--if you like them original, good on you as well. We all of course have our opinions but they are usually fielded in a constructive or well-intentioned humorous manner which keeps things light.

Would like to make it to one of the Scram events some time and meet some of the members here.

Regards, Dave.

=.

I had not thought of that, but u are right..

I agree. I don't post all that often, but I check this forum nearly everyday. I too am happy to come to a place sans drama and the "I know more than you" crap.

We are a small group within a small group (CJs), and it's nice to share and ask things with people who are in many ways like-minded, but also creative and open to new ideas.

. . . now who's gonna help me with my 5.3 Vortec swap?
