Saggy ACME?

I've ran across 2 ACME tops the past couple weeks and both had the same issue. Saggy-roofitis. I had a top on my wife's TJ that looked VERY similar to an ACME with the molded "strengthening" ribs in the top panel. It had sagged down just like the 2 CJ8 tops to the point they will hold water! Is this a universal ACME issue or just an equator level heat issue found in the South? Anyone attempted to re-arch it? Do any of the other brands experience this? I've noticed they seemed to be more a plain plastic than FRP.
 
Mine sags but it's only noticeable when it rains and puddles. I have the "strengthening" ribs too.
