TrebleHook's 1983 Scrambler Laredo

So little bit of an update.

I found the elusive factory 4 cylinder tack in good working order. Dylan's jeep has the mopar mpi system that requires any tack to be in the 4 cylinder setting to show the correct rpm.

I tied into the factory wiring harness and had to add a spade fitting at the firewall connection on the engine side.

I also took the opportunity to go through the factory engine wiring and thin out the stuff that's no longer needed.

Alright, Dustin...I am having full-on Scrambler withdrawals...pull her out and send some pics!!

I hear you bro :headbang: Well I've been hard at work getting the dana 44's under my sisters scrambler so she can wheel at Oakridge in 2 weeks for wheeling for hope. I was planning on taking my 7 to trail guide but there are a few things I need to get squared away on it before I can wheel it. So I may be trail guiding in your scrambler:cheers:

I was at Dustin's place this week and saw your Scrambler. It was resting comfortably in the barn.

FYI...I'll be in Holland May 8 to 14, but not going to make it to Belgium.

Hell yeah!!! Thanks for taking her out...she needs the exercise!! What a great babysitter!

And 4 links and King 16in coilovers.

He even rinsed off some of the pollen before taking it out. Dustin is good that way.

Nice looking Scrambler, I really like the roll bar and third row. Sorry if I missed it while catching up on your thread, but what width axles are you running? I see is been a while, i hope you're still here.

Thanks in anticipation of your time.

I'm still here...just took a long break and haven't been posting to this thread. They are stock width axles (Wide Track 44 rear/30 front) but the tires are 33x10.50 instead of the usual 33x12.50 so maybe it looks narrow?

Beautiful rig. I really like the 33x10.50 look on the wide track. I've just ordered new axles at 60.5" wide (was going wide track, but i want to make sure my tyres don't rub at full turn) but I'm planning to go with the 33x10.50 bfg a/t once i have the new axles under my rig.

Thanks for the reply. Glad you're still here!
