Your registration includes:
Camping, guided four-wheel drive trails, porta potties, trash (dumpster), land use fees, event insurance, 1 meal ticket for Saturday’s dinner, 1 raffle ticket for the driver only raffle, 1 event bag.
Extra’s that are NOT included with the registration but can be purchased during registration: Extra meal tickets, Men’s and Lady’s event tee shirts, event sweatshirts and hoodies.
You must be a member of the Association to purchase a ticket and attend the event. If you are not currently a member and want to join so you can purchase a ticket, go to http://va4wda.org/membershipinformation.html. For only $15 per year, you can be a member.
The proceeds raised from this event will be used to support keeping all public four-wheel drive lands open and available for all the public to use, for grant programs to repair and maintain the trails we currently use, and to build new trails where we find the opportunity. We also raise money and have a food drive for the Nelson County Pantry.
VA4WDA members donate their time as trail guides Friday and Saturday, to prepare and serve the dinner meal on Saturday, solicit for raffle prizes and sponsorships, prepare the raffle stage, and work the raffle on Saturday evening. As well as work weekend before the event performing trail maintenance. Your trail guides donate their time and energy to keep the trails cleared of downed trees, debris, and brush. This event is one of the largest fund-raising four-wheel drive events on the East Coast.
