What is this??

Hello:
I have attached a photo and high lighted an area that looks like a fuse, but I am not sure.
It has three prongs and hangs from a wire under the dash in front of the fuse box.
Can anyone confirm that it is a fuse? if it is, what for?

Either a turn signal or emergency flasher, or a horn relay...

Thanks for this thread. I was looking for my horn relay, did a search, saw this pic and VOILA!!! Thanks a lot. My horn problem is solved!
