Well it has been a crazy week. Landon had a double ear infection and the Roseola Virus so that has been fun but thank God he is better now in time for the weekend. Jess' granddad is not doing good with Stage 4 lung cancer so we have been visiting with him while we can and on top of that my wife bought dance lessons off of Living Social that we had to use this week as well so I am looking forward to crashing after work today. Last night was the first night that we have been home all week so I got to cook. Grilled Pork tenderloin, lima beans, cream corn from the garden last year and honey glazed carrots with a spinach salad to start things off. Seemed like a lot of food but was only a little over 600 calories all measured and weighed. I am sticking with it because I am down to 224 now. Here are the pictures and my sous chef.

Dude do you make your own Corned Beef?! That is one of my all time favorite meals! Corned Beef and cabbage with blackeyed peas and mac n cheese!! I just use the can stuff and actually cook the CB and cabbage together in a electric skillet. It was a hamburger and hot dog kind of weekend here in the 70's all weekend!
