NO....... the Art Carr shifter in like the Winters Performance shifter because Winters make that shifter and Art Carr just puts his name on it and sells it for about $80 or so more.............
 
last week i took some tube to a local business to cnc bend my 2 main hoops from 1 3/4"x.120 dom, i took him my scrap monster and he made what i gave him...... then on fri i went to go pick them up..... it was kind of nice not having to worry that i was going to over bend it or screw up some thing since im way to meticulous on almost everything i do lol.......

but seriously, I like it! Same basic lines as my cage. (And mine needs more triangulation too)

LOL yes it need more triangulation.... along with more money to finish it lol i tryed finding pics of your cage but i can't find any............
 
made my seat sliders mounts yesterday........ just need to cut out for the rear tube

I don't think I've ever seen anyone tun the a pillars to those locations. I REALLY like that!! Very slick!

Looks good. If you're a tall guy, make sure the seats mount low enough the way you have the tabs welded. I wish mine were about an inch lower.

the way i did the tabs im looking over my hood just right, & i still have about 5 or 6" from the top :thumbsup:
 
Im liking the cage man! Add a few gussets for strength and some character and your done.
X2 on the height but it sounds like you already have the math done on that.
What kind of harness are you planning on using?

LOL thanks, i still need to add a few more tubes and lot more gussets, im plannig on going with 3" 5 point DJ SAFETY harness, used to use them with i worked at a sandrail shop a few years back
 
Then you already know all the theory on belt anchor points and blah blah blah. LOL
Cam lock or latch style harness?
Recently upgraded to new cam lock Corbeau harness's in my crawler and I love them!
Never gonna use latch style again!

Lol yeah I know a little lol I was thinking of the cam lock, just needed to go down to dj safety and see what my tastebuds liked lol..... Was going to go with seat sliders @ first but changed my mind @ the last minute so much easier
 
i did ALOT of work this weekend...... im about 90% finished, just need to add tube gussets or plate gussets, and weld it........... what u guys think
