MDJuan Tubs

Guys,

We got a sample bulkhead from Steven of the CJ8 Forum! it's on its way to Manila now.

It looks kind of complicated. And if we make it in metal it may be cost prohibitive.

Would fiberglass be acceptable with you guys? Who's in the market for a bulkhead?

NICE...... I need to get me one of these shirts..... and a full cj8 tub....lol

for the guys asking if original cj doors fit MDJuan tubs, we are now assuring 100% fitment of original doors on our tubs!

I had horrible issues with mine, a few years back. Your doing great Juan! keep it up!

Big props to Rommel and his crew for putting this much effort into our niche market! Looks like they are really trying to have the best aftermarket products available! That's pretty rare these days.

Rommel,
I just received a PM from an Elmer who says he works for you and he is asking for my address again for the T-shirt. Is this request legit? Thanks.

I received the same request.

What were the issues? Do you have a build thread? I'm about to start dealing with an older tub this summer/fall/winter.

Rommel - I didn't get an email. Should I resubmit contact information?

Picked up the tub today and its now in the workshop. I haven't bolted anything into place yet but holding things up it appears that the doors fit, the tailgate fits, the bonnet fits, my old dash board fits, the windscreen fits and the halfcab fits.
Once its bolted down to the chassis i am going to trial fit everything into place properly all at once and will get some photos up on here.
I then need to convert the bulkhead to RHD but havent decided the best way of doing that yet:confused:
