3-4" per hour up here... fixing to get over 2 feet of snow at this rate, should be done around midnight, but hte majority around 7pm... I will see what I can do about pics, but I am not heading outside until at least 7pm... going to clean it up in 2 shifts, tonight and tomorrow.

However, I still have to work today...

Working from home I assume ? I see you are really getting slammed.

It was a total dud down here. Very happy. Maybe 4 inches. The moisture just didn't reach us. I am roughly 45 miles due west of NYC.

Yeah, working from home... our company is spread out across the world, so yeah, weather doesn't matter, as long as there is power and internet, it can be done.
It looks like it will break up around 7 and then linger for 5-6 hours.. so I will head out then.
it is whiteout right now... can't even see the neighbors house with all the blowing wind/snow.

As of 10 mins ago.. took a break for lunch, went upstairs to make a sandwich and looked out to the feet high drifts at the entrance door to the shop.
They say we have 14 now with 12 more on the way before 7 pm.

We didnt get squat. A total of maybe 6 in. Had to drop the Cj off for yearly inspection so no snow pic. :angry: Supposedly some snow on Thursday though???
 
We have about 20-22 inches depending on where I measured without the major drifts, which were 3 ft. plus... we have 3-4 more coming tonight. I was outside for 2.5 hours with the tractor(plow/snow blower), little snow blower and shoveling and still probably got 60% done... it will be easier in the morning without the blowing and snowing, but still probably another 2 hours.... and I have a 7 pm meeting... :crazy:

Forgot to mention that here in the mountains it was around 50-55* with a clear blue sky, I think I got a sunburn.... Sorry yall got dumped on, I wish we would get someso we dont burn up again this spring and summer
 
3 hours last night, 1.5 hours last night... on my conference call... I am beat. It was about 2 feet give or take.
Digging tunnels on the deck for the kids to get around.
