And no more beer pics for me until I am no longer on antibiotics.

I bet you'll wear goggles from now on if you weren't already. That was damn close to blinding you.

I just about cut off my pointer finger with a cutting wheel a long while back. Never went to the ER, the wheel cauterized everything and it just took a long while to heal.

I was wearing eye protection. That now has a nice little scratch right in line with the laceration. I have already ordered a face shield.

Wow. I cut right through the nerve on my pinky and I have no feeling on half of my finger and never will, been ten years.. No cauterizaroon was gonna heal that thing. I also took a flying socket to the eyeball. That was my longest ER stay. It wasn't overnight but it was like 8 hours before they would release me and kept checking the pressure of my eyeball with a weird pokey apparatus. 5 weeks of recovery followed. If my eye had burst I would have lost my vision in it. Initially it went black when it happened. Talk about a scary moment. Very lucky. A CJ bumperette was involved. More later. Back to the road trip prep.. Less than 48 hrs till bantam!!

Well you're a lot more prepared than I usually am, then. I'd have lost an eye and probably still would have made the same mistake in the future.

A tonopen :)

When are you coming through KS, or has that already happened?

It hasn't already happened , I thought it was gonna be in May , and then a very awesome forum member allowed me some more time to arrange the trip, so it will not be until later this summer

Well good, then. Hit me up when you're coming through and we'll figure something out.

I can take a picture of it now, like 4 days later, but all in all, it is just a muted form of the high gloss... came out really nice.
I took a gamble and it paid off... I have done it in the past only to find horrors underneath and basically throw away stuff, or strip off the top and sell it for fabric.
