Mikes 81 mongrel scrambler

From the speed of this build, I would say this weekend. Wow. Looking great.

Come to Va and help me with mine. Free lodging and food and beverages.

This is turning out great.

I'll come for some wheeling down in Virginia, if you come up to Alberta for a tour!

My son has been bugging me for a trip up north. So maybe. Really need to renew my passport. But I will have to make sure it is warmer. I hate the cold. ;)

Well, she's ready for the next stage. I have to move it to a buddies, near where I'm working now. Now it's time to make the beast purr.

Bloody hell what's it been, like a month? Man you are slow!!!

This is awesome. I have a question for you. The spreader bar (what I call the bar that runs between the center roll bar hoop), Is it too high that it restricts the front seat's head rest (or just below) when the seats are set back for a larger man and is there any chance when on hills that if the jeep went nose down that the rear passengers could snap forward and hit their heads (or just below) on the bar. I know you're going to put shoulder harness in (see bolts in rear roll bar) but sometimes they don't always catch. Usually the bars lower for rear passengers and the front seats usually recline back some so it adds another 2 or so inches the seat can go back. Love seeing this come together. Keep the pics coming up (hate to say living through your build and love learning), thanks

Cage is tied in a bit more, and rear jk seat is fully functional now

Honestly, it's something that's worried me a bit too. I may look at doing the same set up behind the rear seat for harnesses too.
