Banks County....not sure on town...near Homer, GA. It was a quick visit...I hope to go back soon and get more details on those Jeeps and other late model AMC era Jeeps there.

Interesting. There used to be a jeep only junkyard a bit north of Ft Stuart /Savanah.
My old boss lived down in "the rock" somewhere and he was always hiding/hording jeeps on his property whenever east point zoning folks got annoyed.

I assume you're talking about the one in Statesboro, GA. I've never been there but all of the pictures I've seen don't look like they have many good parts left.

Yup... that's it! Been (yikes!) 15 years or so since I was there last. Guy was pretty nice that owned it but didn't have many "deals".

Absolutely, and looks like a great survivor, I don't see any bed seam rust and the rear bumper is still there! :drool:
