Good options for HD rear shackle hangers

I'm looking for the best HD/gusseted/boxed options for rear shackle hangers that I can find. I have YJ width springs, but it's likely that if someone has CJ-width ones they like, the company also makes the wide versions.

Want to keep to bolt-on, not going to fab my own or weld them to the frame at this time. Curious what folks have used/seen that they like. Adjustable to play with shackle angle would be particularly interesting, but I haven't seen that in anything other than on outboarding kits for the front end.

Anyone?

Oh
The M.O.R.E mounts are just what I put on the cj8 fiberglass one I'm doing. Couldn't find anything else. Use to be a Warrior one that was good also but 4wd didn't carry them anymore (found in their older catalog). The M.O.R.E's are well built.

I'm running the Warrior hangers on my red Scrambler, BDS hangers on my green Scrambler, can't remember what I put on the tan Scrambler, knock on wood, no problems. The BDS hangers appear to be beefier than the Warrior units, but the Warriors are pretty beefy, too.

I don’t like the single-side gusset on the BDS ones, that’s what I had previously.

I found the MORE units, I was wondering if there was something else I may have missed because I didn’t think it would be that hard to find a couple options. I was hoping Barnes 4WD would have an option but they only seem to have builder type setups sold unwelded and not enough offset for bolting on.

For MORE, the description of the one they have mentions also having a new universal hanger that has adjustability but I can’t find it on their site. I emailed the boss there to see about those.

I remember seeing the Warrior ones, they did look beefy but I haven’t found them for sale now.

Guess CJs are finally too old and this stuff is going away for real in the market

I think with more and more CJs being cannibalized and sitting up without anyone working on them and less ordering of parts there is little incentive for manufacturing of new ideas for our old jeeps and R & D and tooling is extremely expensive these days. The real money these days for aftermarket parts are the new vehicles. Plenty of targets. :(

Obviously, but I wasn't looking for new, I was looking for a company I may have missed that's been making them for years and just cranks out the same old same old. Having not looked for them before now, I just wasn't sure if I was missing someone.

These aren't parts that require "tooling" beyond a plasma/laser cutter file and a welder, it's not like they're stamping sheet metal or molding fiberglass where the parts degrade over time.

I bought some slick rock hangers years 20 years ago. Very well built. Yep, still in my basement with a set of Big Dicks(pre BDS) 4" springs and MORE shackles. They are no longer produced(sorry, not for sale). JKS sold them most recently I believe.

Looking for pure beef, check out Crabtree Tool. Made in USA, from 1 piece. Not cheap but but if you are looking for the best, your searching maybe over.

I replaced mine probably over 25 years ago because the AMC ones were cracked and broken. Really well made like you are wanting, just can't remember where I got them. I was amazed at the time that they were broken, since I had never abused them. AlI I could figure was very brittle steel. First pick is the front image.jpegimage.jpeg

SEE! I knew y'all would come through. He really needs to work on his SEO, those never came up in any of the considerable searching I did. For that price, he should be running paid Google ads too.

Any others? I'll probably call Crabtree on Monday to talk to him and I need to look at where I'd have to drill that extra hole on the frame.

Yeah look top of the line. Might need to think about some new shackles for mine, non grease able as they are now.

When you see the difference in ride they can make you may understand. I was pretty fanatical about pulling my shackles apart to grease things once I saw how big a difference it made to have well lived bushings, switching to greasables was a huge time saver.
