I'm in the process of restoring/replacing the headliner in my CJ-8 World Cab, and I made the attached drawing showing all the dimensions. I'm posting it here in case anyone else ever needs it.

These drawings were taken from the actual OEM headliner panels from my CJ-7 World Cab, so all dimensions are exact, except I had to estimate the overall length of the CJ-8 rear panel since I don't have an original to measure.

Now all I've got to do is find a source of large cardboard to make these from. Anyone have any ideas? :(

For what it's worth in case anyone ever needs the dimensions...

This is Jeff's response to my request for refreshing the attachment on the original post.
Any chance you can assist him in finding the info he needs?

Some years ago CJ-8.com changed the way they stored attachments; many were lost and apparently that file was one of them. I don't know if I still have that file. If I had a link to the post on CJ-8.com where the file is missing maybe I could edit that post to see what the file name is and then I could search for it here on my computers.

Sorry, if something happened to the attachment, it wasn't intentional and there's no link remaining in the post. Stuff happens over 12 years and multiple software/server upgrades/changes.

I looked through my own files to see if I saved it off, but no luck. :shrug:

Anyone have a direct contact to JScherb? I haven't seen him on here in a while.
 
Here you go. I made these drawings directly from a CJ-7 Wold Cab headliner. I've estimated the length of the CJ-8 rear panel in these drawings because at the time I didn't have a CJ-8 World Cab to measure from.

Chipboard large enough for the rear panel wasn't available so I made the rear in two pieces:

The panels fold down along the sides.

I used various pieces of aluminum carpet edging from a home center to secure the edges and along the center of the two rear panels, I may have more detailed photos of that if someone needs more info for building their own headliner.
