Big white 1981

They will leak. Replace them with 30 spline Dana 44 drive slugs IIRC.

My friend is getting me the drive slugs
I sold the hardtop. It looked cool with it on but I don’t want to store it all springs
/summer/fall. Plus I’m sure I would damage it off reading when it’s on. I got the heat up to 75 and got the custom full bikini top on. Forgot to take a picture
Got it registered and drove it a bit. Drives pretty good. 401 has some torque and can sure make the 35s bark. Clock is not working but the tach and all other gauges work. Even the fuel gauge. Filled the tank. It holds around 30 gallons
I’m hunting now so no time to work on it. Rock sliders will hopefully be here in two weeks. Have to finish the POR 15 on it
Brake lights stuck on. Have to mess with the switch

This is the Scrambler I sold my friend. Been working on this for him and part of the deal. Free labor
Did boomerang shackles and a 4 in RC lift. Front brake lines. New steering box and Borgenson steering shaft
Next weekend it will be getting 35s put on. When I pulled the rear tires off I noticed it has one piece shafts
He ordered 456 gears. Waiting for them to come in.

Got any photos of the roll bar without the top?

I am thinking of building a family cage for one or two of my scramblers.

Unfortunately i don’t. Can’t take the top off in the cold. It’s too hard to get back on right now

I put the drivers side rock slider on. I took off the diamond plate and there was no rust. Just dirty from being on there 25 years. Of course the metal was banged up. The new slider side was not as tall as the diamond plate. I wire wheeled it and put some por 15 on it.

When I have time I will do the passenger side. It’s not pretty but it’s not rusty. Wo
I’ll be used for cruising and off road
Brake light switch went so I picked up a new one. Have to crawl under the dash and replace that

I think it looks pretty good. And how awesome not to be rusted underneath the diamond plate! Not that it matters but consider painting that black strip above the rocker in that gold color. That would look great. I know it's a wheeler but wheelers can look good too.

I love the turbine wheels too. (y) I have a set that I just haven't gotten mounted yet. Definitely in the spring though.

That’s a great idea. I think I will paint it that color in the spring. Thanks

I got my new plate for the Jeep. Also picked up 2 used seats. The passenger seat was shot
Got one seat in so far

Both seats are in. Both rock sliders on. Did the brake switch which was really fun
Have the stock flares to put on. I waxed the body. Still plenty of dings and battle scars but the hood and fender came out pretty good Original paint. I can barely see where the Scrambler decal was on the hood
