1983 CJ-8: 4.0L head on original 258 block bored .030" with MPI conversion, AX-15 w/ hydraulic clutch, clocked Dana300 with twin stick, 2.5" pro-comp suspension lift / 1" body lift (with Con Ferr u-bolt skid plates), AMC20 3:31 gears with Moser flanged rear axle shafts, Dana30 with six-bolt wheel hub & Warn locking hub upgrade, 265/75/R16 Duratrac tires on 16" steel wheels, painless wiring, M.O.R.E. welded reinforced frame & steering box brace. Borgeson power steering shaft. Custom paint. Brighter euro-style Headlights (Susquehanna/Rallylights) and Bosch Fog lights. Rear seat from a '92 Wrangler. Full hard top with sunroof. RECENT MODS: 11" rear brakes. UPCOMING MODS: Congo Cage Roof Rack (converted from CJ7), Maybe diamond plating, re-gear to 3.73, 3.92 or 4.10, Seletable Lockers, EBC Slotted disc and hi perf pads, 33" MT tires on Alum wheels for summer and Snow tires for winter. Modified Xmember (courtesy of Randyzzz) for more clearance with clocked 300.
