We run wieght to cubic inch with power adder points to determin classes. Ive beena rules man for the East Coast 4 Wheel Drive Association for decades. I get to see what really works or jus works. We should run the flat drags, 300 feet, 100 yards, in mid 3 second range at 105mph. the fun part...

I've had a few high RPM engines, north of 10,000 rpm, that were quick, but the upkeep/maintanence just takes away most of the fun. My new LS 4.8 will make optimum power @ 6,200/7,400 rpms with the help of turbocharging. :wave:

Sorry to hear Randy. We are going through the same thing with Jannie’s mom. We will add you and your family to our prayer list. I can relate with the weight problem. I just like to eat. I’m already at my “winter weight”. Maybe we can have a CJ-8 weight loss competition. A Snickers Ice...
