also is it a knock or tick... lifters tend to have a tick, a knock is usually something worse

follow the linkage at the firewall, there is a bolt or nut that its catching on. Happened to me on my CJ7.

Christmas Eve...we had a gathering of friends and did a sandwich buffet. Ham, turkey, beef and corned beef, swiss, Cheddar, provolone and colby jack cheese. 6 different types of bread, Peas and peanuts salad, pasta salad, and a knock off of Olive gardens Italian sausage soup...

I've owned 4 CJs all with the straight 6 and all with the hardtop. Driving around town was ok but highway speeds the Heater never kept up with the heat. I would reverse flush the heater every fall to get the rust and crud it of it. I assumed the radiator was so big and the engine compartment...

top is still off but I put the hard doors on and made a run to the dump. Its kind of like sno-mobiling but with a radio!

Im not sure the second amendment allows cannons LOL but when the govt takes away honest Americans cannons only criminals will have cannons or something like that. I can see it now at Silver Lake we an set up the Northern 8ers against the Southern 8er in an all out dunes cannon fight.

It might be easier to buy the whole jeep and ship it here lol I like the military look..but they could have done something with the wheels they are lame!
