Soft top for hard doors

Wonderful condition Whitco 1/2 top!

The soft top for hard doors is more rare top ...than soft door version.

U have the vertical blades that are hard to find.

The hardest part to find are black plastic Left & Right windshield horizontal square tube sockets.

X2!! I've have been searching high and low and still haven't found them! I would buy a complete top just for those peices! The other part that is difficult to find are the two small plastic "feet" that fit on the tub that the bow sits on. Other than that, you have a very nice top! I bought a near NOS slate blue 1/2 soft top for soft doors (yours is for hard doors) with all the hardware and the doors for $600 if that gives you any idea of pricing.

You should also have:

(x2) little red headed plastic twist screws
(x2) black plastic pieces that screw onto windshield frame
(x2) black plastic pieces that screw onto the body tub
(x3) footman loops
The windshield frame header piece
Bag of snaps and screws
Instruction sheet

That top is from 1981 the first year of production because there are no zippers on the back to go around the seat belt mounts on the roll bar. They stated putting shoulder belts in CJ's in 1982. IMy first Jeep was an 81' Cj-7 and they still were using lap belts.

I sold Polarfire his slate blue top with soft doors and it had the zippers. I bought it off of a guy who had an 82'.

I have a Levi's Denim Blue 1/2 top complete, they only made that color in 1981. I have a 1983so I had to perform a very delicate operation and cut small holes to accomodate the seatbelt mount on the roll bar.

I also had a white vinyl 1/2 top just like that I sold to Joe West in AZ, was in similar condition. Not sure what price I sold it to him, but you may want to PM him and he can give you an idea. That top looks sweeeeeet. Not a rare color, but rare shape.
