Looks good man, did you try to reinforce the exterior door panel any and the window sill? I've seen a post where someone put a 2" x .25" U shaped steel on the exterior side of the door to stiffen it. I believe they just used a 3m adhesive tape

Thanks, I did use a backer inside the door that I bent into a L using the vice. I through welded with a few tacks to help reinforce. In addition, drilled end of cracks to hopefully prevent the spread.

My main goal was to fix driver door upper frame that had broken tacks from the factory. Assume it’s all the years of closing the door from top window frame. I only found two factory tacks, added a couple more and it’s solid.

The cowl vent was bugging me so sand, prime, color and clear. I did buff the cowl while the vent was off, the screws are soaking in rust remover overnight. I like the fresh color, maybe I will have do more :)

Door cards had warped so spray water on cardboard backing and used boards and weights for a few days. Once flat, contact cement and staples back tight. New trim clips and back on the doors.
