Another Jeep Tease?

Sign me up! That's awesome
Edited to add: perfect timing for my retirement truck
I wonder if it could tow an 8
Edit 2
While power comes from the same 3.6-liter V6 that powers the regular Wrangler JL and Gladiator (along with the eight-speed automatic transmission) – it hauls a lot. According to Jeep, the Jeep J6 two-door pickup truck concept can tow 7,650 lbs and haul a payload of 1,600 lbs. That’s outstanding in any market.

I saw a bright yellow/gold jeep in Myrtle Beach last month that look very similar to this

The J6 is awesome, but rather old news, a concept from EJS a few years back. I actually got to drive it for the magazine I ran at the time and it was fantastic.

Quadratec just did a build of a 4xe into a 2-door that Jeep actually has taken and run a poll on social media asking about making a 2-door Gladiator. Quadratec used Unofficial Use Only here in Michigan for the build. If you remember the yellow JKU with the J-truck-esque front end and the XJ with the same kind of front end, the same guy built those.

I saw that build (dubbed the JTe) at SEMA and it's NICE. The builder claimed he was able to get all of the factory sheet metal pieces needed for the new bulkhead etc from his local dealership for $1,500, just needed the part numbers. He also said it's the factory JLU frame (no chopping or extending) with a factory JT bed with no mods other than frame mounting. The Quadratec feed on Instagram has been showing it on the trails in Moab this week.

Yeah I guess I should have been more clear...
The Mopar one had more details when I did a quick search for videos of a two door.
I'm hoping the interest of the Quadratec model will help push Jeep to make a two door available. I like the dimensions of the bed on the Mopar one better than the Q-tec one. I know the article says the bed was extended one the Q-tec, but if it is it somehow doesn't look right.

That being said I'm holding out for a 4xe Mojave.
