Pretty sure the wagon wheel is. Date code pic is from it.
Not sure about the white wheels.

Agreed. Definitely the black one. The 3 white ones look to be the base model CJ5 wheels that also came on Postals.
 
The white base ones will have a stamping on the back also that you can check
