The color is called "Saxon yellow". It's basically a pale girly yellow. It was offered in 1979-1980 only.

I am waiting to be seated at a place called BJ's Brewhouse. Trying to decide which of their brews I will have.

Decided on the stout. Not a shocker. I am predictable.

Not this beer tonight. But someone's home made brew I had a few years ago. It was a cool bottle so I saved it.

So...our trip to the coast has started on a positive note. First stop was at McMennamin's Rock Creek Tavern. Amazing atmosphere/decor, and an equally amazing Black Widow Porter.
