Been a while since we had a Beer thread...

Perrin Brewing Lil Griz. Brown ale aged in oak bourbon barrels. Very mellow and mild at 6.8%.

We got 3-4 inches of snow today, so I put a 2016 Founders KBS out of doors to chill. Haven't had one in awhile.

Oh man! I was lucky enough to be the recipient of some Jeep Karma- thank you Kevin! This stuff is amazing. So smooth, so much flavor... Like dessert in a bottle! If you like dark rich beers, you have to find this!

I'm down in extreme southern Illinois almost to Kentucky and this bar called pinch penny pub has Belle's Hop Slam ('MICHIGAN, ya 'al) on tap, and it's half price night. 12oz for $2. For some reason they consider that the premium beer here and it comes in 12 oz compared to the 16 oz in the picture.

Someone has been drinking a bit. Sorry for your loss by the way. Too young.

Collaborative drinking effort between me and my brother in law.... Tom (my father in law) was a great man. Devoted to spreading the gospel through multi-media in Southeast Asia from film-strips in the 70s all the way to digital media with green screen in the last few years! Way way too young! A good ole boy from Indiana who loved his Toyota 4x4 diesels here but always said that you could never beat an elephant in the muddy jungle trails and has seen them in action pulling out trucks and tractors stuck in the mud during the monsoon seasons. He took a ride in my Scrambler in November when he was in the states and said it was a sweet ride that he would love to ship to Thailand if it wasn't for the 200% importation tax!! He also loved his dirt bikes and he is no doubt reaping his reward riding in the cloudy trails in heaven! A man with an unwavering faith and a compassionate heart! I'm gonna miss him but can rest easy knowing that he kissed my son (one of 2 grandsons in his legacy alongside 3 granddaughters) and left this earth with no regrets! Anyways I digress (but looked up to this man) and will keep my eyes peeled for more Jeeps until I start the long journey to the states.

So sorry for your loss- it sounds like Tom was a great man.

My favorites are IPAs, specifically double and triple IPAs. This one definitely didn't disappoint! It's amazing. Made by Brewery Rickoli. 13% alcohol [emoji16]

I had a Dragon's Milk last night, speaking of the devil. Quite creamy.

It's pretty cool seeing West Michigan beer being enjoyed around the country! Glad you guys like it. I went past New Holland Brewery today in Holland as well as Founders in Grand Rapids.
