I boil my bratwurst in beer over charcoal while drinking beer!!!!! :headbanging:

Finished over the coals... Potatoes in foil packs and zucchini and squash.

Smoked Gouda cheese sauce on the Guinness garlic chops!!! I wish I measured ingredients in all my collaborations so I could share!! I missed my calling.... Wearing a badge and a gun instead of a chefs hat and apron.....

Definitely need a grilling thread. Start one up. Mine is usually cooling boring burgers, dogs, sausage and salmon. But I am sure you guys are doing great work on the grill. Show it off.
